QPR Delivers Process Mining Software to a Globally Leading Healthcare Solutions Provider

QPR has signed an agreement to deliver QPR ProcessAnalyzer software to a globally leading healthcare solutions provider.

The Customer will first focus on increasing the automation level in its Order to Cash (OtC) process globally. Customer has already made significant efforts to automate the process. As they have an ambitious target to achieve a fully automated “no touch” OtC process, they need accurate process insight provided by process mining software to achieve their objective. The Customer will use QPR ProcessAnalyzer to analyze the cases requiring manual work and to understand the root causes for this. Based on the process insight provided by QPR ProcessAnalyzer, the Customer will be able to take the necessary actions to eliminate all manual work.

QPR ProcessAnalyzer was selected thanks to its enterprise-level functionalities, rich analytics capabilities and advanced dashboarding.
