Notice is hereby given to the shareholders of QPR Software Plc that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 15, 2024, starting at 1:00 p.m. (EEST) at the Company's headquarters at Huopalahdentie 24, 00350 Helsinki, Finland.

The reception of shareholders who have registered for the meeting and serving of coffee prior to the meeting will start 12:30 p.m. (EEST).
