Meet Melina Weckman, Marketing Specialist at QPR

Our Marketing Specialist Melina’s favorite place at the office is the entrance hall swing. The green interior reminds her of weekends spent hiking in the forest or out at sea enjoying the beautiful Finnish archipelago. At work, she enjoys another form of beauty: shaping QPR’s visual brand and communication.

Melina Weckman started working at QPR in the midst of the pandemic, a year after graduating with a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics. Her studies in Strategic Management were partnered with countless hours of volunteer work and extracurriculars, wherein she found an interest in marketing, communications, and societal engagement.

QPR sparked Melina’s curiosity, as not only was she offered a role wherein she could utilize her marketing skill-set, but her inquisitiveness for all things technology was met.
