QPR Software Delivers Process Mining Software to a Large Public Utility Company in Asia

QPR has signed an agreement to deliver QPR ProcessAnalyzer, the leading process mining software to a large public utility company in Asia.

The Customer will first focus on improving performance in its plant maintenance operations, including corrective and preventive maintenance and repairs that are supported by recently implemented new operative IT system. QPR ProcessAnalyzer utilizes transactional data from the new system for providing the process insight. The objective is to ensure uninterrupted electricity and water supply to more than one million private and enterprise clients. Process mining is considered as a modern and fact-based method to reach this target.

QPR ProcessAnalyzer was selected thanks to its enterprise-level functionalities, rich and advanced out-of-the-box process analysis capabilities, as well as user-friendly dashboarding.
