QPR Software is on a growth journey, and we’re looking for an experienced Group Controller to strengthen our finance team. If you have a strong background in IFRS reporting, taxation, and group financial accounting and consolidation, this is your opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead group reporting in a publicly listed company, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
• Oversee monthly group reporting and accounting, working closely with our outsourced accountants.
• Take charge of ESEF reporting and act as the company’s FAS and IFRS expert.
• Manage audit processes at the group level and act as the primary contact for auditors and outsourced finance partners.
• Drive finance process development projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Handle tax matters, tax planning, transfer pricing, and international taxation.
• Oversee treasury operations and collaborate on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Support business controlling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Take the lead in preparing for CSRD and ESG reporting in the future.
• Maintain and develop financial systems, including MS Dynamics, Power BI, and Nomentia.

• Finance expertise: Strong experience in IFRS, taxation, and group financial accounting.
• Hands-on approach: You’re proactive, solutions-driven, and thrive in an agile environment.
• Attention to detail: High-quality reporting and accuracy are second nature to you.
• Strong collaboration skills: You enjoy working closely with teams, partners, and auditors.
• Adaptability & flexibility: You can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Communication skills: You can explain complex financial matters in a clear, structured way.
• Tech-savviness: Familiarity with financial systems like MS Dynamics, Power BI, and Nomentia is a plus.
• Language skills: Fluent in both Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
