Örebro had a vision. They wanted a quality management system that would ensure high-quality services and ascertain that processes run as efficiently as possible given the applicable laws, regulations and goals.
The system had to help Örebro achieve the objectives of quality management related to risk analysis, self-monitoring and investigation of deviations. Furthermore, the system had to be easy to access, manage, administer and make finding the right information effortless.
