QPR Software Recognized as a Visionary for the Fourth Consecutive Year in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Process Intelligence Platforms

Written by Sanna Salo | May 12, 2026

QPR Software has once again been recognized as a Visionary in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Process Intelligence Platforms — marking the fourth consecutive year the company has received this recognition.

The recognition highlights QPR Software’s continued innovation in process intelligence at a time when organizations are increasingly looking for ways to scale AI in a controlled, reliable, and business-driven manner. According to QPR, successfully leveraging AI requires more than access to high-quality data — it also requires a deep understanding of how work is actually carried out across the organization.

As enterprises move toward AI-driven and increasingly autonomous operating models, process intelligence provides the operational context needed to help AI understand business processes, rules, dependencies, and objectives in real-world environments. QPR believes this foundation is essential for enabling organizations to unlock greater value from AI initiatives.

“Being named a Visionary for the fourth consecutive year is a great honor and a strong validation that we are moving in the right direction. As companies transition toward more autonomous, AI-driven operating models, data alone is no longer enough. AI requires operational context to understand how business works and how objectives can be achieved in a controlled and reliable way,” says Matti Erkheikki, CEO of QPR Software.

QPR’s process intelligence platform combines process mining, process modeling, and object-centric process mining (OCPM) into a unified approach. In addition, QPR is the first and only process mining software running natively in Snowflake AI Data Cloud and available through Snowflake Marketplace — enabling organizations to perform process intelligence directly where enterprise data resides.

The company continues to develop its capabilities toward a future where process intelligence acts as an active guidance layer for AI-driven operations and autonomous agents.

“By combining process mining and process modeling, we can provide AI agents with both real-world event data and the business context that governs it. Our new MCP interface and object-centric process mining capabilities create a strong foundation for the next generation of AI-driven operating models,” says Olli Vihervuori, CTO of QPR Software.
