Gartner has listed QPR Software as a Representative Vendor in Process Mining in its Market Guide for Process Mining1, published June 17, 2019 and authored by Senior Director Analyst Marc Kerremans.

According to the report, “New forms of automation (e.g., robotic process automation) and knowledge of the underlying processes/interactions are key to digital transformation. Process mining helps enterprise architecture and technology innovation leaders assess operations and performance, increasing these initiatives’ value.”

Process Mining is becoming one of the integral elements of digital transformation initiatives at an increasing pace. Through recent years an increasing number of use cases have to do with digital transformation as opposed to the more rudimentary business process improvement. Process Mining itself is quickly becoming a strong force for digital transformation as its AI-driven capabilities can automate business process improvement related consultancy work.

“We are very pleased with this recognition. We believe Gartner has identified us as a Representative Vendor due to the demonstrated, cutting-edge features of QPR ProcessAnalyzer, and our outstanding customer support that extends across opportunity detection, implementation, interpretation, and best-practice approaches. We are committed to concrete business value and long-term benefits. With over hundreds of implementations and proof-of-concepts over the past decade, ranging from increased process efficiency to large-scale, cross-Atlantic mergers, we are well positioned to answer the increased demand for process mining related services,” says SVP Matti Erkheikki who heads the Process Mining business at QPR Software.

As a mature Process Mining vendor, QPR Software provides an enterprise-proven Process Mining platform that includes standard connectors to all major operational systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow. QPR ProcessAnalyzer has a modern design and an extensive, state-of-the-art feature set that is trusted by customers such as Nokia, EY, and Piraeus Bank. It further integrates with the QPR Business Operating System that includes QPR Metrics for Performance Management, QPR ProcessDesigner for Business Process Analysis, and QPR EnterpriseArchitect for Business Design. All QPR products share the same, intuitive web UI as well as the QPR IntegrationPlatform for easy connectivity to operative IT systems.
