QPR Recognized in Gartner 2020 Market Guide for Digital Twin Portfolios and Enabling Technologies

Gartner has listed QPR Software as a Representative Provider of digital-twin enabling technologies in its Market Guide for Digital Twin Portfolios and Enabling Technologies1, published January 24, 2020 and authored by Benoit Lheureux, Alfonso Velosa, Peter Havart-Simkin, and Marc Halpern.

According to the report, “Widespread IoT adoption is driving increased deployment of digital twins. Application leaders should understand how to source COTS digital twin templates and digital-twin-enabling technologies. They should recognize the trade-offs in effort, time-to-deployment and flexibility.”

A Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO), i.e. a dynamic virtual model of an organization, enables businesses to focus on strategic objectives, understand their customers, and improve their work to be more efficient and agile. Organizations around the world are using DTOs based on QPR ProcessAnalyzer to drive digital transformation, operational excellence and better customer experience.

Process Mining is a fundamental step in creating a digital representation of a company, as it provides vital insights into business processes. As these insights are drawn from operational systems continuously and automatically, it brings a fact-based and flexible approach into the creation of a DTO. Moreover, process mining helps businesses identify variations, exceptions, key bottlenecks, as well as robotic process automation opportunities.

“QPR tools and services are developed based on the actual needs of end customer organizations. We are honored to build the Digital Twins of the leading large organizations helping them to drive digital business transformation, business optimization and agile enterprise architecture. “ says Senior Vice President Miika Nurminen, head of Operational Development Business at QPR Software.

As a mature Process Mining vendor, QPR Software provides an enterprise-proven platform for building a Digital Twin of an Organization.

The QPR Business Operating System platform includes standard connectors to all major operational systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
