Automating your Performance Management system with QPR Software

For more than a year now, I have been a Partner manager at QPR Software for the regions Europe and Africa. Quite a large area indeed and it has been very interesting to work with different partners in so many different countries. In the latter half of 2015, I put more focus on recruiting new partners in Africa. After some extensive market research, we found that the demand in certain countries in Africa for automated solutions for strategy execution and performance management is quite big.

Meanwhile, I have recruited two partners, one in Kenya (covering also Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, and Zambia) and one in Nigeria. 
Balanced Scorecard Eastern Africa (BSEA), based in Nairobi, Kenya, has been a QPR Partner since August 2015. BSEA is a management consulting firm that provides strategy and performance management consulting and training services for organizations in private and public sectors.

On the 9th of March, 2016 we launched the QPR Suite together and presented solutions for strategy execution, performance and process management, process mining and enterprise architecture. Our distinguished guests included industry leaders from the government, non-profit and private sectors from East Africa. Check out our launch video!

During my trip I found out that there are many mature organizations in Kenya that have implemented a performance management methodology in their organization, but have not yet automated it.

You might be wondering what the benefits of an automated Performance Management solution are?
