Maija Erkheikki has been employed by QPR since October 2005. Before that she worked as a consultant developing QPR business for one of QPR’s reseller partners. At QPR she started as a senior consultant training reseller partners and implementing solutions for Finnish customers. Since August 2006 she was based in California and supported US reseller partners and implemented solutions for the US customers. Starting July 2007 she was in charge of channel sales and developing the distribution channel in the US. She holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Matti Erkheikki has been employed by QPR Software since February 20th, 2002. Prior to this, he worked in 1997-1999 at ICL Data Oy as Development Manager at the DataWarehousing Center, in 1992-1997 at ViSolutions Oy as Product Development Manager, in 1989-1992 at Nokia Research Center as Application Developer in the department of knowledge management, and in 1985-1989 at Systeemikonsultit Oy as Application Developer. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering, and graduated in 1995 with excellent marks in the Department of Information Technology at the Helsinki University of Technology.

Product Management Director is responsible for the company’s products and product portfolio, the management of product vision and strategy, the market requirements for products, contents of product marketing, and therefore promotes the sales of company’s own sales organization and the sales of company’s distribution channel.
Tony Virtanen has been with QPR since October 1st, 1999. Initially he worked as a consultant, then since January 2002 as a manager for channel support and customer solutions manager, and since December 2002 as a product manager. Previously in 1999 he worked as Senior Consultant at Planway Oy and between 1996-1999 as a Systems Analyst at the Business Planning department of Fortum Power and Heat Oy. Prior to this, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Systems Analysis Laboratory of the Helsinki University of Technology.
