QPR Software Group has three companies providing software and/or services: mother company QPR Software Plc and subsidiaries OOO QPR Software Oy and Nobultec Ltd.  We serve our customers as a comprehensive solution provider directly in Finland, Russian Federation and in CIS countries. We co-operate with an extensive network of local partners in over 50 countries worldwide.

QPR Software Plc was founded in 1991 and has its headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. QPR Software Plc is listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd (ticker QPR1V). Nobultec Ltd, operating in Finland, is a consulting company focused on process automation. It concentrates on customers who have organized their business operations into a process-based system and use SAP AG products. Nobultec is a Community level SAP Consultancy Partner.

Strategy     

We pursue explosive growth in Process Analysis business by investing heavily and targeting to fast growth in this business.

We pursue rapid growth in SAP Business Process Improvement business by developing our SAP consulting business further and additionally seeking strong growth through synergies with the Process Analysis business.

We pursue rapid growth in Enterprise Architecture Management business by seeking strong growth and continuing investments in Enterprise Architecture tool and service businesses.

We pursue medium growth in Process and Quality Management business by maintaining strong position in Process and Quality management tool and services market among large and mid-sized organizations.

We pursue moderate growth in Performance Management Business in mature markets and strong growth in Russia by offering competitive and fast deployable (often turn-key) performance management solutions in selected niche markets.

Our constantly renewing software suite and our services are the main sources of our growth. We seek growth especially from Enterprise Architecture, SAP Business Process Improvement, QPR ProcessAnalyzer software and services related to it.

We aim to place significant outlays in the development of QPR ProcessAnalyzer and related services. We aim at strong international software sales growth and significant market share in this new category.

We also aim to recruit new channel partners especially for QPR ProcessAnalyzer and QPR EnterpriseArchitect software products and to develop replicable solutions for our present channel partners.

QPR Software Plc (QPR) applies principles of sound corporate governance and high ethical standards, complying with the Finnish Companies Act, Securities Market Act and other regulations on the administration of public companies issued by the authorities, QPR Software Plc's Articles of Association, and the insider regulations prepared by the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd, the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland and the Confederation of Finnish Industries entered into force on 9 October 2009. The principles stated herein are intended only to supplement legal provisions.

In addition, QPR complies with the Corporate Governance Code for Listed Finnish Companies that entered into force on October 1, 2010
