If you have purchased a license for QPR ProcessGuide Xpress in the past and would like us to send you a new installation package, please contact customercase@qpr.com and provide us with the customer details you used when purchasing the license.
INSTRUCTIONS
When prompted select "Save" to download the installation package to your computer. Save the package for example to your desktop. After download unzip the package. Then access the "Installation" folder and run the install file. Then simply follow the installation instructions provided by the Installation Wizard.
The download package contains apart from the software also all documentation, training guides and licensing information.
