QPR Software Plc is renewing its organizational structure. From the 1st of October, 2006 sales, marketing, product management, customer care and professional services, will be merged to become a single Business Operations Unit. The aim of the change is to further develop the software delivery and customer service level by increasing cooperation between product management, sales and marketing.
“With this new organization structure we want to ensure higher levels of service to all our customers - thus ensuring our products enable our customers to gain from our core competitive advantages; flexibility and fast and efficient deployment. The structure will allow a closer intimacy between QPR, Partners and Customers and will enable our customers maximize their projects”, says Senior Vice President Jari Jaakkola.
Business Operations will be divided into units: Strategic Accounts & Markets, Business Operations Finland, and Business Operations Channel. The units will be formed by customer responsible teams, which will work in close cooperation with Product, Research & Care and Marketing & Communication Services units also part of the new Business Operations organization.
